    It's still ongoing. The engineers are still busy restoring the hardware. We will advise when it's up and running again.

    New hardware is  installed. Engineers are still working on it.

    Engineers are on-site at our backhaul provider's data centre fixing an issue with a switch that has caused the impact to some broadband services.

    The Faulty hardware has been identified. Technicians are commencing the process to swap out now. More updates to come as they are available.

    We will provide an ETA as soon as the data centre technicians know.
