    Within the defined window of works, Upstream core routing platforms will undergo a major software update in order to ensure continuity and reliability of customer services.
    During these planned activities some services will experience a period of interruption of up to 30 minutes.
    Upstream Network Engineers will be working to complete the required works and recover customer services as quickly as possible.
