We want to inform you that we have been actively managing and mitigating a Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attack that began at approximately 9:00 AM on Sunday, 4th May 2025.

Since the onset of this attack, its methods have continued to evolve, presenting new challenges. Our technical teams have been working around the clock in collaboration with our upstream providers to safeguard and stabilize traffic across our network.

From our side, enhanced protective measures have been implemented and have proven effective in minimizing the impact on our core systems and services. Our upstream providers are currently absorbing the majority of the attack traffic and are continually optimising their mitigation strategies to strengthen traffic handling and defence.

Despite these joint efforts, the constantly shifting nature of the attack may result in intermittent service disruptions. You may experience occasional issues such as failed call delivery or temporary registration loss.

We understand the importance of service reliability and sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to ensure the continued stability and security of our platform.

We will continue to keep you updated as the situation evolves via our Network Status pages within the Customer Portal and on our website.
