    Description: nbn recently resolved an unplanned outage in your area. Restarting your home modem may optimise your nbn connection.

    Notes: nbn have provided a temporary solution to restore services.

     

     

    Saturday 7am:

    Description: nbn unplanned network outage in Lennox Head, NSW. Some areas are experiencing a partial or total loss of connectivity. Restoration activity is underway and nbn will advise once the outage is resolved.
    Location : Lennox Head, NSW
    Notes :An nbn network device has caused a loss of service. 
    A technician is expected onsite under related incident - INC000021869131. Updates will be published as restoration tasks progress.

    The last report from NBN seems to be, at least partially, in error.

    We are receiving reports that services are still offline.
    We have already raised this with NBN for more information, we will place another update when we have news to hand.

    NBN has announced that the Fibre has been repaired and affected services will start to come back online.

    Please monitor your service and if you are unable to connect please power off your modem for 10 minutes and try again after powering back on.

    If you still have no connection please reach out to us and we will raise it with NBN.

    Estimated Time of Repair has been updated to 13:30 AEDT on 26 February.

    Fibre cable damage has been detected as the cause of the service outage. A fibre repair specialist is being organised by nbn to attend the site and scope the tasks required for the restoration of services. Further updates will be provided as more information, or an ETA, becomes available.

    Description: nbn is still investigating an unplanned network outage in the 2478 post code area. As a result you may experience a partial or total loss of connectivity. Restoration activity is underway and nbn will advise once the outage is resolved.

    Location: Lennox Head, Ballina, NSW

    Notes: Engineers are investigating a loss of signal from the passive optical network (PON). nbn will publish an update when initial troubleshooting is complete.

    A technician is now onsite, and the ETR has been updated to 13:30 AEDT on 26 February. Updates will be published when new information is received, including any changes to estimated timelines.
